Excellent Food Experience

I was truly impressed with the dining options at the Presidente Intercontinental Cancun Resort. We had some great meals at the hotel restaurants, especially the Le Cap Beach Club, a fusion Mediterranean/Mexican open-air restaurant. The food, drinks, and snacks served at the Club Lounge were really good, and I still remember the good evening appetizers. It truly elevated our stay!

Relaxing & Beautiful

The spa experience at the hotel was very nice! I took some much-needed time to unwind and enjoy the beautiful amenities on offer. The pools are amazing, and there are plenty of sun loungers to relax. Luxurious Room with Views

Our beachfront room was excellent, featuring a spacious layout with a comfortable bed and stunning panoramic views of the sea. The electronic room darkening shades were a lovely touch for sleeping in. I loved the convenience of the Nespresso machine and daily delivery of water bottles, which made our stay more comfortable.

Family-Friendly Features

As a family-oriented resort, Presidente Intercontinental offered several amenities for kids. We appreciated how accommodating they were towards our pet, making it an easy choice for us. Our stay at the hotel was overall amazing, with friendly and attentive staff who provided top-notch service throughout our visit. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and local shops. However, we experienced a few hiccups with the dining service which could be improved. Overall, the beautiful beach and comfy suites made our vacation very special.
