The private beach was so beautiful. the staff were attentive. I loved it. valeris at the front desk. also, the cocktails from spider-man, joseu, cesar, and giovanni were amazing, especially my piñada.
the room experienced constant humidity. humid bed sheets were not pleasant, and paper documents got damp. a five-star hotel should manage air conditioning better.

The room was very clean and received daily cleaning services! The suite offered complimentary breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM plus a happy hour from 6 PM to 8 PM. The beach was quiet and well-kept. I found the room's beach view amazing!
The air conditioning felt cold. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the room!

Service in the club lounge was amazing! Special thanks go to Cesar and Mariano. The staff was generally polite and helpful. The front desk provided a sandwich box for an early morning departure.

The location is great on the beach! The resort offered bicycle rental, included in the hotel pricing. Stores and restaurants were easily accessible. There was a nice sports bar and sushi restaurant within walking distance.
